Buna göre, çeşitli derecelerdeki görev sürelerini tamamlayan adli yargı hakimi, Cumhuriyet başsavcısı ve savcıları ile idari yargı hakimlerinin isim listelerinden oluşan Hakimler ve Savcılar Kurulu (HSK) kararları, Resmi Gazete'de yayımlandı.
HSK LİSTELERİ RESMİ GAZETE'DE YAYINLANDI
Listede 41 hakim, 17 savcı ve 11 idari yargı hakiminin ismi yer aldı. Ağustos 2024 döneminde birinci dereceye yükselme incelemesine girecek olanlar listeye dahil edilmedi.
Birinci dereceye yükseldikleri ve sürelerini bitirdikleri halde listede isimlerini göremeyenler 30 gün içinde HSK'ye yazılı başvuruda bulunmak suretiyle durumlarının incelenmesini isteyebilecek.
HSK'nin bir başka kararında ise 2 yıllık yükselme sürelerini aldıkları aylıkta Ağustos 2024 dönemi sonuna kadar bitiren adli yargı hakim, Cumhuriyet başsavcı ve savcıları ile idari yargı hakimlerinin adlarının bulunduğu listeler de yayımlandı.

THE HSK LISTS WERE PUBLISHED IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE
The list included the names of 41 judges, 17 prosecutors and 11 judges of the administrative judiciary. Those who will be subject to the examination of promotion to the first degree in the August 2024 period were not included in the list.
Those who have been promoted to the first degree and completed their terms but cannot see their names on the list can request an examination of their situation by submitting a written application to the HSK within 30 days.
In another decision of the HSK, the lists containing the names of the judges of the judiciary, chief public prosecutors and prosecutors and administrative judges who completed their 2-year promotion periods in their monthly salary by the end of the August 2024 period were also published.
